The screenshot on the right is taken from within Exercise 8 - 'Printing'. This training exercise explores the many different ways in which you can customise what a worksheet will look like when it is printed, such as what information to actually print and how many pages to use to do this.
The screenshot shows the point within this exercise where the new Page Layout View is being explained. This new view allows you to work directly with the Printing features of a worksheet, such as the margins, headers and footers, while still working as normal within each worksheet cell.
The moment captured within the screenshot is illustrating how you can easily change the header that will be printed along the top of each page by just selecting the header area within this new Page Layout View.
You can just type in the header that you would like to use, although another method being illustrated here is to instead use one of the dynamic built-in Headers that Excel provides, such as Page 1 of ?. |
